"Winter Reflections" was shown at the Bascom-Louise Gallery in Highlands, NC in 2003. It really is two pieces in one. A piece of rya weaving covers a wooden bracket. Under the bracket is a fling hangs from a hook . When wearing the fling, the rya weaving stays as a wall hanging and when the fling is not in use it has a storage space where it adds to the interest of the wall-hanging. The fling is hand woven of many different neutral-colored yarns. The rya hanging is made up of several textures fo yarn- wool, linen, cotton, rayon, and mohair.
"Sun, Moon and Stars" This wall hanging is woven iin the traditional mountain pattern. It is 38 inches by 54 inches and can be ordered in colors of red, navy blue and forest green. $300.00.
